Drum brakes to discs.

I am planning on replacing the drums on an escort axle I have acquired. What is the simplest conversion. It will go in an Anglia that I am converting, powered by an MX5 engine. Any advice would be helpful.

I have one which I bought from a member on here, which he had already converted to disks using Fiesta disk/calipers.

I was going to do the conversion myself, but getting hold of an axle was proving to be difficult and expensive. the brackets to attach calipers are easily obtainable from the Bay of Eees, or you could just source some disks/calipers, measure up, and make your own.
