Myford ML4 + stand and tooling

Reluctantly selling this but I have 3 lathes in the back of the garage and am tight for space. Can’t load pics but can email to anyone who’s interested. It is in good working condition perfect for turning plastic nylon aluminium and brass etc and way ahead of all of the little mini lathes that you see abounds t. Painted a fetching shade of Ninja green

It has 3 and 4 jaw chucks, auto feed, tailstock chuck and dead centre, face plate and a 4 way tool post and a range of tools. The motor is old school but will run all day.
The MK 4 has a reverse tumbler gear useful for parting off
It’s wired up through a NVR switch as fited to router tables etc The tail stock has MT1 but a sleeve allows MT2 accessories to be used it has a couple of glass drip feed oilers on the main shaft and various oiling points it is a very therapeutic machine to live with!!
The stand is substantial box section with adjustable levelling feet and kitchen worktop and shelf. Tool rack behind with storage boxes
Collection from North Cumbria
£300 to someone on here advertised elsewhere for more
I will try and get pics loaded tomorrow

Cheers Howard. I have got quite a lot of things and knowledge from this site over the years so more than happy to help someone else on their way, it will probably stay local but you never know!

if only you were more local....

Why do you not list steel as something it can turn?

As for the photos, if you past the following into a browser you can see them

Hi Mike
Thanks. To be fair I tended to turn steel at work this machine will turn steel but progress would be slow and fairly messy- I have bought but not tried one of the little e bay Chinese coolant spray devices -,just wouldn’t like to mislead someone into thinking they are getting the latest kit !! As with many machines the possibilities depend on the skill and experience of the operator!
