I may possibly have a 42 tooth, will have a look tomorrow, but surely exact size will vary according to what chain size it's made for?

I no longer run Furore Products or Furore Cars Ltd, but would still highly recommend them for Acewell dashes, projector headlights, dominator headlights, indicators, mirrors etc, best prices in the UK! Take a look at http://www.furoreproducts.co.uk/ or find more parts on Ebay, user names furoreltd & furoreproducts, discounts available for LCB users.
Don't forget Stainless Steel Braided brake hoses, made to your exact requirements in any of around 16 colours. http://shop.ebay.co.uk/furoreproducts/m.html?_dmd=1&_ipg=50&_sop=12&_rdc=1

Just checked, sorry looks like the 42 tooth I had got binned, only thing I have is a 37 tooth which is 200mm across the diameter, point to point of the teeth. That was for a ZX10 chain which I seem to remember is also 530.

I normally use 46 tooth.

Just one additional thing to be careful of, never use a sprocket which has an exact multiple of the front sprocket size, eg 14 to 42, (3 : 1 gearing) it will give horrible resonance & rumble as you always get the same teeth coinciding with the same teeth on each sprocket
