zetec bottom hose, 2 takeoffs?

As title, I am revisiting my bottom hose (!) and trying to tidy the setup which is a number of bits of hose and joiners.

Is there a simple solution to having 2 takeoffs, I can find plastic and ali tube with single takeoff (I have one fitted already). Or even a 32mm hose with a 13 or 16mm spout?

And while I am here, is there a "swan neck" hose available? as opposed to using 2x45 with a joiner? (I am losing the will to live searching for this stuff)
