Can anyone book elvington airfield?

It would be good to have a locost day there, and would be cheep if a load of us got together (ie. no one making a profit)

Martin (MK Sportscars) regularly has track days at Elvington. However, he has found a new hobby - paintballing!!! The weather is a little unpredictable at this time of the year anyway! besides - let us finish rebuilding our car first!

Please let me know when your rebuilt and heading on over?

I'd like to come out and play.

Having said that the road from my house to elvington is quite 'playful' any way

When I was a kid, we used to watch the racing at Rufforth aerodrome (near Acomb), does the place still exist?

At the end of the runway, there was a man made hill, and several WW2 wrecked aircraft remains were still entangled in the gorse - I bet they have gone by now!

If you can keep you head, whilst all others around you are losing theirs, you are not fully aware of the situation
