Back on the road
The car has not really be ran since 2019 and has been parked in the garage on a SORN. I've been putting off a few jobs that I knew the car
needed before she would get an MOT.
Given how long the car had been laid up, I thought these jobs were going to be a PITA, they were actually quite easy. So after a few days on and off
in the garage, a liberal squirt of lube into the bores, with some fresh petrol and a new battery, she fired up without any issues.
So today was all about the MOT and a good clean. She ran there and back with hardly any issues and passed the MOT.
So roll on 1st, so we can slap some road tax on and go for a few runs around the Rotherham and Sheffield area.
Give me a wave if you see me out.

I’ve been through the same process of returning my car to the road after 8-9 years!
It was great to get out and about in the recent sunshine
  Out and about in Warwickshire
Have fun!

Who is this super hero? Sarge? ...No.
Rosemary, the telephone operator? ...No.
Penry, the mild-mannered janitor? ...Could be!

Great to see another MAC#1 back on the road. Enjoy the summer!
Why do they call Port Harcourt "The Garden City"?...... Becauase they can't spell Stramash.
