New Car

Just bought this

Gemini Side
Gemini Side

Gemini Interior
Gemini Interior

Near enough finished but not yet SVA'd. Its an Autotune Gemini with 13 Xflow and 4 speed box. The guy has also thrown in a hood, side screens, harnesses, type 9 box and 1.6cvh with unleaded head. All for the princely sum of £2500. Just needs tidying and maybe a new rack then should be able to SVA'd and on the road.

Excellent, a bit of a bargain I reckon.
Hopefully you'll have it all road legal for the summer.

Nice! I've always liked the Gemini shape.

Excellent Price, too - not too much more than I paid for my Fury (and your Gemini's in much better condition than the fury was).

Nice car but one word of warning ...

Those door hinges, are they the correct spec for SVA .... don't look like it but they may well be ok in real life ... I'd check before you take it down though.

Good luck with it...

nice looking car, again for SVA you may need to adjust the anti rollbar so that its upright . its looks like its at an angle, this will collapse incase of a roll.

The hinges are as supplied with the kit by Autotune and they claim that they have had numerous cars passed, so fingers crossed.

As for the roll bar, I don't know. Again Autotune claim to have had cars passed before with the same bar.

Im not sure but.... roll bars are NOT an SVA requirement. They are only examined if your belts attache to them...AFAIK.

BTW...nice looking car

Just a thought, but you may want to check the radii of the door catches.
Also the windscreen surround top section (not sure that this would be checked though), might need a cover making.

Nice car though, and bargain price!

The rol bar looks ok to me. If (god forbid) the car was inverted the screen would collapse so it would rest on its nose (or the hard stuff underneath) the bar would then be perpendicular to the road NAD.(Near As Damit).
