Looks straight forward enough especially if you have some heavy guage metal to hand, may be costly otherwise.

And the temptation to make one large enough to bend the top and bottoms of the side panels with always be in the back of your mind.

I've seen/read about something similar made from angle iron and heavy duty door hinges.
