Yeh deffinatelty up for it....won't have the 7 obviously! Where did you have in mind??? central belt or further north!? Either's good for me....cheers Oli.

Ps. Knockhill?? Couple of laps on their go-karts and a pub gathering?? or something a little more sedate (& cheaper) - my suggestions....Oli.

I would be up for it, especially the karts
It would depend on when as I work away a lot and on call at weekends, but open to suggestions

Cheers

Scottish meet

Tend to be working at weekends but what about a pint somewhere central - Stirlingish? Or would Dundee suit the North enders better?

It tends to be Camelon - at the beefeater.

I'm sure it could move though

The karting's in Camelon, Falkirk. Near the Falkirk wheel. I'd be up for karting and pub at knockhill.

Just in - excuse the late night/ early morning post.

"Calling Scottish Builders" almost put me off (I gave up on the build last year.......).

Anyway - still interested in cars in general and 7's in particular so go karting & the pub for a blether sounds good.

Was at xTreme in Falkirk in 2005 and it was a good track and have also been in the Beefeater pub in Camelon, Falkirk a few times, so would recommend both.

So can someone suggest a suitable Friday? Maybe when Big Stu is on shore would be a good start. (Stu - no "my girlfriend's got a puncture excuses this time!)

been there and done that, mentioned at the last builders night in camelon that there was a team event for karting on the 11th of feb and that we'd probably end up in the pub after. This is happening next saturday in livingston with a 5pm start for a three hour le mans. Teams from dalkeith and stirling are attending as well a chap from yorkshire. Everyone who was at the last meet had the chance didn't put a post on as the last one fell flat. Apathy setting in due to poor meeting attendance, couldn't be arsed trying anymore.

But post the dates and i'll look forwards to a good night with any luck.

regards

ewan

By the time we all meet it seems as if I won't be building anymore I'll be turning up in the car! Don't mind organising something if other people are too busy...but be warned will make it Easter time at Knockhill probably and take my 7! Knockhill isn't too bad for the dedicated....as an Aberdeen builder I have to do the Aberdeen Edin journey every weekend and its bearable....just. Oli.
