escort mk2 steering rack
Help please can anybody give me some measurments fo an escort mk2 steering rack ? T
he width of the rack body ,how far in to the centre of the rack clamps ,from each end of the body,and how far from the end of the body is the steering
shaft spline.

Dimensions of Escort Rack
Overal length,track rod end>track rod end,1025mm
End of Gaiter>end of Gaiter,680mm
Length of rack shaft,600mm
Diameter outside rack tube,28mm
Centreline of small rack clamp > centreline of large rack clamp,260mm
Centreline of large rack clamp>centreline of steering shaft,55mm
Note,this is a RHD rack I have measured,hope this helps
