go to www.imageshack.us

where it says browse click browse find the image you want to use as your avatar and click upload or host (cant remember which one it is off the top of my head) once it has uploaded scroll down till you find image url followed by a little box with http://blahBLAHBLAH

copy and paste into the avatar url section of the edit profile page on locostbuilders

it looks like you have the pic in your archive ready to the corect size so its easy

http://www.locostbuilders.co.uk/upload/pic.JPG

1.Highlight and copy that url(address)
2.go into control panel of the site (top right)
3click edit profile
4.scroll down to where it says avatar url
5. click in the box and press "ctrl + V" to paste in the url and there you have it, it should work.

no doubt someone will come on and say this is rubish but thats how i did it i think!!

Good luck!!
HTH Tom
