Yes I'm having problems with them.
I ordered some gear from them this morning at a good price I thought. And this evening I get an email saying that the order has been cancelled as their price was wrong. I have an email confirming my order and I've asked them to honour that email/order so we'll see what happens tommorrow

I believe they are in the clear until they accept your order then its a bit sticky. Under standard law they have accepted the order at that price, but I am aware that there are different situations for online stored, argos had a problem advertising a tv for 14.99 instead of 149.99 IIRC and they managed to get out of it

IIRC they can just tell you that they are out of stock and then in a couple of days, they will be back in stock but at a different price!

terms and conditions usually make the point of sale occur when they dispatch, in which case they can cancel whenever they want! Worth reading the small print though.

Issue resolved as per joelP's post. Item not despatched as price was wrong and it's in the terms and conditions so fair doo's as we say up here.

Was it a really good deal then? Or just cheaper than everywhere else?

Don't all shops and vendors have the right to refuse sale. So they don't have to sell to you if they don't want to. Im sure i read it somewhere on here.

Could be a load of nutsack though.
