Spyware Removal

I've got a problem with Spyware.

Does anyone know of any good freeware / download sites which may help?

Many thanks,
John.

would recommend Adaware as mentioned above, it works really well and seems to find most of the spyware on my comp! if u can locate it, the pro version is even better!

I find spybot fantastic but if you have a specific problem (say malware wipe) then type it into google and you'll find hundreds of internet forums discussing solutions

hijackthis is usually needed also

see http://www.merijn.org/

also http://castlecops.com/

Latest version of Antivir PersonalEdition Premium (ie paid for version) also has anti-spyware.

Be aware a lot of sites that claim to give free downloads of anti-spam and anti-spyware do exactly the opposite. They also copy the names of real anti-spyware and anti-spam tools.
