Mounting DCOE Carbs

Just about to bolt on the side - drafts. The ones I have came with nylex washers/seals and thackery washers.

Is this all I need ?

Are the rubber mounts used instead of the thackery washers?

Thanks , Phil

you need the Nylex plates, (or Misab plates) between the manifold and head. Not many people use the thackery washers anymore, but use the rubber mounts sandwiched between two cup washers, which are compressed, leaving a small gap between the washers, allowing the manifold to flex, stopping fuel foaming. A flat washer and nylock nut then hold the manifold to the head.
Cheers John
