evening all,

does anyone know where i can get my hands on a nice stainless steal header tank for a reasonable price, i have seen a few about but they seem a tad on the expensive side if you ask me,

rally design are selling one at £84+vat and delivery, and a 2-3 week wait

They look exactly the same...?

P.s. Both of the examples are made of aluminium. Dont see them made of stainless very often...

ok cool, i was a bit shaded about whether they were made from ali of stainless, so does anyone know where i can get one cheaper, i thought that they would be around the 50-60 quid mark??

and have a word with NS Dev, his mate Clive and Custom Solutions (check the web he might have a site now) does some VERY impressive stuff. He's not cheap but he's damed well worth it.

His scrap bin is scary - stuff that looks great to me gets thrown for the silliest reason.

Try cater7man on ebay. He makes swirl pots headers and oil catch tanks at very reasonable prices. Sells on ebay here

Stainless ain't cheap, but gives a much better finish for longer than ali (IMHO!). Mine (as below) is from Clive at Custom solutions made to my exact measurements to fit it a precise space - not cheap (but very good value considering work and finish) fantastic quality delivered on time and pre agreed budget.
