What Oil

I am sure this has been done to death, but a breif search did not give me the answer, there was another What Oil thread but that was for bike engines.

2.0L Pinto Running 45's Dellortors.

I have been recommended
10w-50
or
15w-50

What are you guys using?

Cheers
D

Im using budget 15W40 at the mo. I think this is leading to some breathing issues. Im considering a swap to 20W50 at oil change time.

Research ive done suggests good quality mineral oil is best for Pinto's. Some recommend Valvoline but im not sure what grades it comes in.
