Just some quick thoughts.
Have you wired out the clutch switch?
Stand switch?

Does it really need a whole new thread to point towards another one immediately below it?

Hi Liam, thinking about it i had a similar prob with mine when trying to install the engine, me and my mate spent a whole weekend trying to get it
going and finally did it but cat remember the specifics except it wasn't something like the angle sensor, hiss etc. If your hiss is working the
fuel pump will pump if not it won't, and the key sensors are interchangable as said by P Fisher. My best adv ice is get the haynes manual and
trace all the wiring, time consuming but the only way, thats how we did it in the end and it was one un-connected wire. Sorry i can't help
more. Good luck!!
