Roll Hoop & Side Bar Jig

Hi All

I have a Jig I used for bending some tube for my Front Roll Bar & Side Bars if any one else is thinking of the same thing.

See my pics for Jig & end result.

Yes I know it add wight but I'd rather stay alive...!

I used:
Roll Bar 1.75" Dia
Side Bars 1.5" Dia

Fits Locost built chassis & follows MK scuttle screen line looking from the side.

Located in N. London

nice job, but those side panels look like they'll be a right tnuc to make!

I thought so originally bit I have a plan, a littly lenghly to type though especially a long Wii boxing bout...!

will be 2 halfs that pull up behind the inner face of they tube

Exactly what I am planning for my locost

Did you get the idea for the design from www.locostusa.com ?

There is a guy on there with a really nice cage, has an orange car.
