Indy - Brake bias valve

Our possé are deliberating over including a Brake Bias Valve into our MK Indyblade. Due to the more balanced front/rear weight distribution by using the 'blade engine, is it essential we use the BBV to pass the SVA. We have read and heard conflicting reports both ways.

We have SVA'd two Mk indy Blades, both without a BBV and the brake balance was fine.

Yes

Both blades have discs at the rear. My donor was an xr 4*4. Do not know what the other donor was.
