Llandow track day

Just a thought, but Llandow circuit http://www.llandow.com/exclusivehire.htm
have updated their site and and an exclusive days hire mid week is £1200, w/ends are £2K sat, £3K sunday.
So midweek more than 12 people means less than £100 for a full day. Seems good value.
Anyone interested?

it's more like 1600 quid by the time you've added an ambulance and a couple of medics, but still wouldn't take many to make it affordable.

There doth the problem lie! What will probably happen is I'd book a Saturday once non returnable (but transferrable) deposits make it worthwhile. Doesn't look like I'd be exactly swamped!

I looked into this not too long ago. You can hire the track exclusively or they will organise a track day for you at a cost of £90 per car plus £141 for a paramedic. I don't know if they open it up to the public to make up numbers but it is cheaper than doing it yourself if the numbers are low.

There's a local group called the Welsh Performance Car Enthusiasts who would probably help fill numbers. You could also approach the local WSCC guy.

What I've done in the past is e-mail Llandow and ask them what car days they've got on. They'll then put you in touch with organisers of booked events who still have places free. I did a really good one once which was 90 quid including a buffet lunch!!
