Cheers

hi, i can tell you. im trying hard to picture it in mind
on the door you have big handle to close the door. Right? on that handle is an insert bit of grey pastic, this can be prised of carefully, there should be a little grove there. behind that should be 2 big screws,
you also have to take the open lever surround off. then you can prise the card off, i would use a flathead srew driver and insert it at the bottom of the door, then it should come off, dont forget those crappy plastic clip screws on the front of the door card. hope this helps, if you need anymore help let me know as i work in a toyota dealership.

Job done. Thanks. Window channel had become undone ! Glass hell to the bottom !. Bit of a problem really. Now sorted though. Unusual issue with Toyotas, normally bullet proof
