I have been looking for myself an air filter for my R1 carbs, through searches on here and Google and have found out the following:
TTS £81, will supply rubbers if need be for
extra(link)
ITG £81 ish, from FlukeMotorsport (link) or
other
Pipercross £80 from locostparts (link), not sure if those holes in
the baseplate are pre-cut.
For me because my carbs ar being mounted to a Pinto, I could just turn the standard airbox upside down, but that would mean cutting around the holes
and re fixing them the other way up.
Don't be tempted by socks as they sap power apparently.
This is all assuming you don't just want info on a filter to go in the standard airbox.Appologies if this is the case, although TTS, ITG and
Pipercross do offer standard replacement filters, which I am sure would be adequate.
Hope that helps
Rob

Either foam if you got clearance issues or original, as you can duct cold air from the front.
You can look into my galley to see how I overcome the cold air issue (I'm running foam)
my gallery
Looking at maps for each solution, I can see that the maps of the original box usually have less fuel added...
Cheers,
