track setup advice

going to a 2nd track day on monday

any advice on suspension setup etc?

anything i should check that i might be missing?

remember to check that youve got enough fuel (or at least some) speaking from personal experience

Its a must to do spanner check and make sure everythings tight and all fluids are ok (inclueding yours).

Fuel (jerry can)
Tyre Gauge
Mini compressor
Spare belts
Spare brake pads
Basic tools
But most fo all,
the right attitude.

Where you off and who with??
