they had the same with one of their FS montain bike frames that had a carbon swing arm, the frame flexed more than the swing arm and would snap the frame at the mount

My mate was doing a Triathlon and the frame snapped 2miles into the bike section and sent him over the top

Cannondale swaped the frame for him and with a full bike even though he had only bought the frame from them

once had a new set of handle bars snap. when I went back to the shop I was told they could not honour the guarantee. WHY because I was 6ft 3in and built like a brick out house and this combination over stressed the bars
