Brakes
I am looking for an upgrade for my M16 callipers ( non vented discs standard pads ).
Breaking is okay but some weight reduction and some more feel would be welcome. I use large drums in the rear which I want to keep ( there are two
sizes forgot which size though .. ).
Also I would not like to disturb the balance too much.
Hi-spec - Willwood - Alcon - Outlaw ??
I really do not know of course like to keep it low cost

Wilwood Dynalites would probably be my choice - RD sell a kit which will go straight on your uprights. If you also swap to alloy hubs at the same time
you will get quite a weight saving too.

When thinking outside the box doesn't work any more, it's time to build a new box

Your feel problem is more to do with the master cylinder, you need either a smaller bore master cylinder or more pedal leverage ot both.
