proper upholstered seats

Hi everybody, it was always my plan to use GRP seats from GTS but lately i have been thinking about getting proper upholstered jobbies.
I was wandering if anyone knew of a manufacturer other than the usual cobra,Intatrim etc etc ones only i would like something a little different but not too pricey.
Any thoughts?

There were loads of sexy seats at Stoneleigh this year. Which were cheap considering how good they looked. Not sure of the company name but if anyone remembers them they were in the same building as Chris's car.

Best of both worlds?

MNR GRP seat trimmed by Pure Lotus.

Don't know any more I'm afraid.

When they arrive(dreckly) we will have neoprene pre cut self adhesive pads that will no doubt fit other manufacturers seats as well as our own...

ive had upholstered pads made for my GRP seats. The pads velcro in so easy to remove when wet or need cleaning. I also had the same guy make a tunnel cover. Ive posted details before around July / September time.

Hacbeast?

what and where did you get that chrome edging on the outside of the car. The piece that curves then goes along where you step into the car?

so for going off topic

The new year will see the first prototype seat fully trimmed in leather with option of that alcantra stuff( think that's how it's spelt but..) A mix of the two will also be available....not exactly locost but hey..
Neoprene pre cut seat pads should be in stock early January as well, these will fit other seats of similar design.

Cheers,
Mark

You would have to ask Colin Chapman - it's one of his, not mine :-) It's on a Lotus Vll at gaydon
