A touching tale from Nigeria

I'm selling a Nokia E61i on eBay, last night I had the finest series of emails from a poor old Nigerian who sent me 10 emails.

The first was the faked up PayPal payment notification in which he'd paid almost twice the Buy It Now price, which was nice of him.

The second was the faked up Congratulations your item sold notice from eBay with some cracking English grammar and spelling mistakes.

The third & subsequent emails were all about how poor old Simon (the buyer) was in Brazil at present, he's an international football scout and the phone was a gift for HIS husband in Nigeria and how it was a surprise. He even managed a faked up Royal Mail email telling me how to post a parcel to Nigeria.

Awww bless.

I hope you corrected him on his English and taught him a few new words, actually a bit of disinformation might not go amiss.

Not that I'm being racist or anything but these Nigerians don't seem very nice folk at all, sound like a right bunch of crooks. Virtually all the web fraud I hear about comes from there.

Why didn't you send him a fake E61?
