I hope to fit a set of R6 carbs to my 1600xflow a friend of mine is going to make the manifold for me are the float chambers horizontal and what bits of surplus pipes can I get rid of and what dose the electric conecter do ?? is it required

The electrical connector will be for the throttle pot.

You could get rid of it, but if you think you might ever move to mapped ignition, megajolt would be very pleased to receive the signal from it.

If you decide not to use the throttle pot,I think its the same as the R1 tps,and I would be happy to swap some beer tokens for it
