front suspension rose joints

Is it possible to use a rose joint instead of a top ball joint? will it give enough vertical movement?
This is what i need to make and a rose joint would be easier

Cheers

Rose joints on a road car

If you are looking to use your car on the road then you might want to be careful about using rose joints. They don't have the longevity of a ball joint.

Before you judge a guy, walk a mile in his shoes. Then when you judge him, you're a mile a way and you've nicked his shoes.
