chance are you are using a PC with miscrosfot opeerating system - windows Xp or whatever that new fangled one is called.

open the file with Paint;
select image
choose stretch/skew

enter a number that is less than 100 in the percentage boxes for both horizontal/vertical

e.g.
100 = same size
200 is 2x size
50 is 1/2 size
10 is 1/10th size

then save file.

job done.

you have to contact the web admin; there is a filter to prevent any avatars that do not contain comedy cats or semi nude ladies from being displayed.
