Introduction

Hi,
I have just become a member, so let me introduce myself. My name is Maarten Romijn. I live in the Netherlands, I am married and have two children.

I am building a locost as per the book. I started building 5 years ago. And then came 2 children, 2 times moving to another house and a lot (A LOT) of renovating and rebuilding to do.

Just picked up buiding again. Chassis almost ready. Engine and gearbox have been fitted. Now working on panhard rod and steering rack mounts.

I make use of this website a lot, so it was time to become a member!

I tried to attach some pics, but I have to figure out why it did not work.

I will have to go for SVA (or IVA?) in UK. Dutch regulations suck. I have to prove the origin of EVERY part. Dutch DVLA will have to do a lot of investigation costing a lot of hard earned euro's.

Hi & welcome to the madhouse - I'll say it before anyone else does, those rear wheels are never going to catch on!!!

I no longer run Furore Products or Furore Cars Ltd, but would still highly recommend them for Acewell dashes, projector headlights, dominator headlights, indicators, mirrors etc, best prices in the UK! Take a look at http://www.furoreproducts.co.uk/ or find more parts on Ebay, user names furoreltd & furoreproducts, discounts available for LCB users.
Don't forget Stainless Steel Braided brake hoses, made to your exact requirements in any of around 16 colours. http://shop.ebay.co.uk/furoreproducts/m.html?_dmd=1&_ipg=50&_sop=12&_rdc=1
