Switches that don't do anything

What do the SVA people think of them? I am reusing the steering column from my Saab donor, and for example the stalks have things for fog lights, wipers and washers, none of which my car will have.

My seirra stalks have wipers and wash wipe on them but I have no screens or wipers. SVA just ignored them. They check a prescribed list of things and ignore everything else.

They didn't check that my seat runners worked, just that they were secure, for instance. They didn't check my boot box, even for sharp edges. They didn't check the radiator fan, or the override switch etc.

Doesn't make any difference. I had a big toggle switch on my dash which didn't do anything (it was for the heater when I put the screen on!!!!!!).....

no problem as long as it meets radius requirements. I had the same (wiper stalk when I had no screen or wipers) and no mention was made

Ditto...

I araldited the wash/wipe stalk in it's off position and then wired the horn to the washer push on the end of the stalk. I also used a bit of wetndry to remove the legends and then stuck on a clear backed legend for the horn. Looks dead OEM if you ask me
