going for a new engine that requires a intercooler, i wouldnt mind seeing photos of yours.

MR2 turbo intercooler, about £30-40 second hand.

This is how my mate done it on his Mac Worx

One Honda Civic 92-00 aluminium radiator £75



One Mazda RX7 FD3S side mount intercooler £75



The intercooler inlet/outlet pipes were cut off at an angle, then rotated 180 degrees and welded back on, to give enough angle for the boost pipework to clear the radiator. Then 3mm aluminium strips were cut and welded on to hold the intercooler onto the radiator.









Rad fan will be mounted on the rear side of the radiator.



The finished article looks like this
