r1 cam timing needed asap

Hi just having my r1 5pw head gasket done with a thicker 1.3mm cometic gasket so using ape cam adjusters . Can anyone help with the std timing (what degrees) as got to pass the info over to the guy whos doing it.

Have you searched Google, pretty sure the R1 forum will have the info you need.
The standard timing positions are not the best either, as you've got adjustable pulleys you might as well set the cams to the optimum timing.
Might be different settings for a turbo charged R1 though, perhaps call one of the company's that do R1 turbo engine builds.
