Brake upgrade options for Cortina hubs?

Just wondering if there were any simple and effective brake upgrades for a Mk2 cortina hub?

Currently running the standard original cortina callipers and disks.

Cheers,
AL

Mk III - V I guess.

2.8i discs and calipers, I think you can probally get away with 2.8i discs and spilt the calipers and insert a spacer to cater for the extra width of the vented disc.

you coudl also go look at Caprisports website.

they do brake upgrades for capris, and also cortinas too.

its effectily a bracket that allows a sierra sliding caliper to be fitted. then you get the hubs wheel face machined to allow an external disc to be fitted.

food for though...

First question do you need to upgrade the brakes --- they tend to run over cooled.
