using capri donor & implications for chassis

HELLO!!!! (first post)
Just got my copy of the book and i'm plannin on startin BUT!!!! my donor parts are from a capri (my thanx to boy racer wit no licence crashin into and writing of my bruvs capri. So I get his spares )Does this mean i can get away with widing the chassis without any major hassles with bac suspension (atlas axle) as i suspect front will need widened any way to keep steering geometry collect (bump steer and all that)
if anyones has any answers or used a capri b4 let me no please..

I used a Capri on my first car (1600 mk3). Personally, I'd use another car, as you still need to get Cortina uprights. On the other hand, if it has a good engine that you are planning to use, then away you go, there's nowt to stop you.
