plumbing

I am looking to change my plumbing on my 2ltr pinto.Im running twin choke webber carb and i have no heater . I have used the 1/2 inch top outlet on the water pump which i have run back to the header tank but it is very tight getting past the alternater and blocked off the inlet manafold take off .
can anyone give me some ideas , possible solutions or pictures
