1999 ZX9R

Just a few questions for you all:

1. Which filter and jet kit is needed
2. Sump modification/baffled/chopped
3. Clutch plates/springs etc
4. Where are the best places to get the above items.

Many thanks.

Hi.
Any foam filter and backplate will do, mines pipercross. TTS also do them Dynojet kit to sort the fuelling, and then ideally a R/R session to fine tune.

Sump needs chopping and the drain plug moving to the side, shortened pick up strainer and a baffle plate. Chris gamlins uncle chops them nice and cheaply. other option is a billet sump. but they cost a few hundred quid.

Standard clutch plates with heavy duty springs. TTS sell them amongst others.

Al.
