hi
I have just started to build a lococt chassis from scratch,have 30 years as a mechanic,
can anyone givesome advise on which donor car is good to use ,any advise gratefully
received

Hi Steve
We're opposites it seems. I have years of experience as a welder, but my mechanics & electrics are iffy.
I found that before starting it pays to plan as much as you can.
If you make the chassis, THEN decide on what parts to use you could end up modding before you have barely started.

Glad you said that the engine I am strongly thinking about is a rover v8 as used to be in drag racing all the other parts are the problem want to make
wish bones etc
