What's the main tube size you are using?

Well spotted Alan,its 1.25",ive used 5 x 6m lengths so far and havent looked at the back yet,so unless steel shrinks in the rain or the mice are at it it uses a lot more than i had calculated.

You are right about that! I have gone through what seems like a truckload, yet I only have a small-ish chassis that I can still pick up without a hoist... wha's up with that?

problem is i bought 5x6 meter lengths thinking it was plenty and ran out half way through,waste is about 6"so far,i cant see where it all went.take some more pix today.

Looks to me like the rack is mounted a bit high. might be a bump steer problem. Looking good though
