fuel pump for 200+BHP

what is the fuel pump flow that I will need for a tuned >200 BHP zetec on DCOE carbs?

can this capacity be too large?
I need to oder some other parts so I thought to buy this along in the USA:

hi mate ive used a holley blue top as it comes with a presher reg for carb engines http://www.gprdirect.com/OnlineShop/Product.do?c=172&g=362 hope it helps

this is what i use on the lancia delta evo II. running 290bhp so needed a fuel pump upgrade

walbro 255lph fuel pump did the trick
