A workshop close to here did something similar to an Aston Martin DB6 a few years ago. It was also being fitted with custom built racks for 2 pairs of
Holland and Holland 12 bore shot-guns. I will try and get a pic to post.
It must be nice to have the cash to be able to commision such a one-off .

Jon

I saw a Lotus Elan Estate at Coys Historic a few years back
If you can keep you head, whilst all others around you are losing theirs, you are not fully aware of the situation

Trouble is, it looks like someone photoshopped 2 completely different cars together then actually built it

How to ruin two perfectly good cars, Jag plus a woody estate mini, or at least thats what it looks like to me, Ugghhhh! Ray
To make a car go faster, just add lightness. Colin Chapman - OR - fit a bigger engine. Chippy

Kinda cool that. It's got a certain poise to it. Pity they didn't use an E-type though.

ISTR Bell & Covill had something to do with those conversions they were mostly done on new cars a bit like the Harrington Alpine conversions.

The baby Elan looks fine but the Plus2 dosen't quite have that factory built look however the convertible conversion on the Plus2S looked
great but I suspect Lotus design the car with a soft top version in mind.

Nice Harrington Alpine --- I have a soft spot for the later Alpines.
