Westfield Cosworth

Hi guys im possibly contemplating selling the Westfield now it’s finished but I’m not convinced i want too if you know what i mean, ok a quick rundown of what it is and what’s been done etc., as i don’t really know what i want for it or how to value it either...

Ok here goes.....

Westfield Seiw registered in 1997 on Q registration, i bought the car over a year and a half ago with the intention of building a proper balls out track car with big power but after starting and getting into the project i decided to change my plan and make a proper nice road car with the track oriented theme for occasional sprints and track days as well as being usable on the road...

BUT BE AWARE THIS IS NO NORMAL WESTFIED ETHIER IT TAKES BIG COJONES TO DRIVE THIS CAR SO IF YOU HAVE THEM ITS FOR YOU YOU WILL NOT BE DISAPPOINTED IM NOT..

Ok spec wise...

To be honest guys i can go on and on and on, the Westfield has undergone basically a full restoration with a no cost build in mind in a nut shell it’s a new car and can be seen that it is.. The diff and gearbox have done less that 30k miles out of a concourse car, the engine is race spec and fully rebuilt £5000 plus turbo at £1500

The interior is 98% all new as is the electrical system and all of the components
Suspension and steering and chassis and body are all as new if not been replaced etc..
The Westfield is as good as they come and i have not kept all of the receipts but most of them and i have £16,000 in bills alone, there is no labour charges in any of that at all...

The Westfield cosworth has only completed 250 miles since its full rebuild and back on the road and when i say its quick it’s an understatement its running low boost at the moment of 1.1 bar should be running nearer 2.6 bar derestricted so for the time being its only producing 390bhp but engine specs will have it nearer 500bhp once fully ran in, it’s been on the rolling road run for a light fuel run that’s how i know....

so as it stands it’s had a full years’ worth of my time a labour about 2000 hours, all of my mates whom i race and work with have assisted where they can with specialist parts at mates rates, and ive spent about £17,000 getting it to where it is now plus labour and price of donor car etc. etc...

So guys where would you value a basically brand new road going Westfield with upto approx 500bhp with mot till June 2013 and tax till Dec 2012
So why am I selling well the truth is this I wanted to build a really fast westfield and have done it’s a real nice bit of kit ive hundreds of photos as well of the build if anyone is interested im happy to answer any questions at all, the reason for sale is I fancy building something else ive got room to keep it and can keep it if I want just thought id try a sale first, but its not for the faint hearted I mean that, if you have a weak heart no balls or cant drive look elsewhere please….

Price wise im looking at £17995 or nearest offers I will haggle for cash sale too… or would take part exchange to aid with the sale but no daft values on your cars please road cars or rally anything considered as im looking for a new track car myself but got to be cheaper to allow the start of new project…
Call me anytime 07527995726 cheers rob

If i don’t sell it i don’t mind to be honest it’s an adrenaline rush and addictive drive........

cohones=testicles

I reckon you'd need 'Buster Gonad' sized ones (unfeasibly large) to pilot that pigeon catcher.

Beautiful looking build and spec. It'd be a shame to track it and yet a waste use it for road-only. A conundrum, but a nice one to have.

Regards, Bob. (in Spain. 20c and sunny). Just been out.

And me posting from Spain too Scootz.
At least it's pronounced cohones and you'd need big ones for that motor.
