Blyton 18.09.14, who's camping night before?

Hi all,

I'm camping on the Wednesday night, and I was wondering who else is going to be camping?

Cheers Frank

Hello Frank

It's a fair old jaunt for me, I guess 4 - 5 hours stopping for a bit of food on the way, when do the gates shut as I was planning on arriving late and crashing out in the back of my car.

Thanks Mark

It's 8pm, but I'm trying to get them to leave them until 9-9:30 if possible.

We can't make the pre-trackday party this time as it's my Grandads funeral

Would possibly camp if you can get the gates left open a bit longer, getting there for 8pm could be a bit too tight for me...

Hi all,

A quick announcement about times at Blyton.

Camping the night before; the gates will be open until at least 9pm, but possibly as late as 9:30-10pm, depending on when the marshal who is there decides to lock them.
So, if you are camping and it looks like you're going to be later than 9pm, call me on my mobile 07815070491, and I will have a word with the marshal.

On the day, the gates will be open from 7am.
Signing on starts from 8am.
The safety briefing is at 9am.
After that it's play time!!!

Cheers Frank

OK, so who is camping tonight, I don't have camping gear but do have a van and a sleeping bag, feel a bit daft on me own in the middle of a field.

What's the deal, beer a few bits a meat to chuck on "your BBQ" ?

Just take beer and eat Nick P's home made chilli. That's normally how it goes

I'll be by about 6, no nick this time, he's got a funeral today.
I was thinking of a few beers, and I was going to get a bunch of pizzas delivered, for everyone.

I'll try drop in on my way home from London if I'm in time. Still at tower bridge and won't be leaving until 4pm.

Thanks
