Building: Locost, Vtec powered Sylva J15

WTD- Sierra build wheels.

I'm after some cheap/free build wheels to get my project off the stands and outside (to make way for my new project!)...
Has anybody got some in the North West?

I have some in the garden you are welcome to them. I think some may be 13" but would be ok on the rear.
I am in Macclesfield so it may be too far away for you. Let me know if interested and I will check the sizes.
