Agree, like the chassis and suspension....

..bit dubious about the body looks though!

Why's the roof so tall and the nose so short!

I'd guess that the car is intended to fit the Daytona Prototype class in US racing. For safety reasons (Daytona is an oval) they mandate a larger than usual roofline for a taller and wider greenhouse. Difuser size, splitter lengths and front overhang is also regulated.
