Well I'm officially hitched now!!!
Drove the 100 miles up to the venue in the Locost on Friday. Sunny day, apart from some M25 snarliness was all good fun.
Weather yesterday for the main event wasn't too bad but today- OMG!!!
Had to pull over at one point to let the rain settle a bit.
The main problem was the turbulence (I haven't got side screens) was wipping spray round onto the inside of the windscreen and onto my glasses.
So even though I had the wipers on full chat (resulting in a very dry outer surface to the screen) I couldn't see JZ. Add in some serious
aquaplanning and you've got brownpants city....
I definately need to fit some sidescreens!! As it happens I didn't have time prior to the big event to finish the half-top, though to be fair
the amounts of spray around I doubt it would have made a difference....
Oh well, see you all in 2/52. Don't do too much wibbling without me....
