it's always on the blink have to keep resetting the box any other good companies??
also took the white cover off and found it's a wanadoo box

We are with tiscali and have to keep resetting the box aswell Gets a bit annoying after a while





How long can i resist the temptation to drop a V8 in?

Orange Broadband is Wannadoo who were formerly Freeserve.

Before jumping ship find out if you connection problem is due to the line, your modem or your PC.

In general PCs connected to USB Broadband modems give more trouble than those connected via ethernet modem-routers.

I agree with Trident, junk the modem theyre cr@p install a router and set it up properly, but first make sure youve fitted filters to all phone equipment including Sky boxes which are usually forgotten about.

what they said, i use a linksys router and have had to reset it twice since ive owend it (few years)

I'm with orange which used to be wanadoo, and i have'nt had any problems for over two years.

I'm also with orange and have only had one problem, and that had nothing to do with orange (local telephone exchange thingy got flooded and wipeout the broadband for the whole street)
