velocity XT + clutch cable fitting

hello all,

what have people done when fitting the clutch cable. the build manual says to

"up a flanged support bush, using 13mm I/D tube x 35mm long and a 2mm plate drilled for an M5 bolt."

What have people done / any pictures?
