Hi all!

Is enybody using kirkey aluminium racing seats in there sevens ?. If so do they go through the sva ok.

Just a question, of course, but why when you can get GRP ones so cheap over there?

Ive been using Kirkey seats in my race cars for the past 10 years and found they are for me a really good snug fitting seat and being aluminium they look the part to.

Hmm I’d rather GRP as they seem much more resilient to being crushing or punctured in a crash, much rather them to a standard car seat too as they offer no real protection, the GRP ones are like wearing body armour, I have MK ones and there even double skinned around your sides which I really like, I'm fitting them to the beach buggy.

As long as they have the required radius I think 2.5mm they should be ok
